Backroads Beer Bread Mix

Nothing beats the comfort of warm, home-baked bread fresh out of the oven. Our Backroads Beer Bread Mix makes it incredibly simple to whip up a hearty, bakery-style loaf with a beautifully golden crust and a perfectly dense, moist crumb—no kneading, no proofing, and absolutely no baking experience required.

We’ve elevated this classic recipe by blending in aromatic dried rosemary and a touch of black pepper, giving your loaf a subtle, savory herb finish. Just pour the mix into a bowl, stir in a 12 oz can of your favorite brew, and bake. Because the final flavor profile depends on what you crack open, you can customize your loaf every time: use a light lager for a mild, traditional taste, an amber ale for a rich and nutty twist, or a dark stout for a deep, complex flavor. It’s the ultimate rustic companion to any family dinner or backyard feast.
